PRICING
Pricing is in New Zealand dollars and includes 15% GST (if the NZ GST rate changes we reserve the right to immediately amend our prices accordingly). All Prices are as stated online at the time of purchase, and may incur delivery fee’s. Please check delivery when purchasing.
When shopping from outside of NZ please use our currency converter, and all prices will be honoured in your local currency, as stated on the website at time of purchase.
Shipping prices vary for NZ local and international shipping. Please note, international orders may incur tax and GST on arrival, which are payable by the customer.
WELCOME DISCOUNT
We offer a one off 10% discount to all customers who sign up to our newsletter, this is for subscribers only and it is valid for your first order via charlottepenman.com or our showroom. Not available in conjunction with any other offers, or on sale items. One use per customer. Only available on full-priced items (excludes made to order purchases, wedding and engagement, bespoke commissions).
HANDMADE ITEMS
Many of our items are handmade and include wire work and fine details, we always stive for the best quality and longevity, however recommend careful care with wire work, chains and gemstones. Please check our care page or email us for specific care of your item, we are happy to repair or replace damaged items within a 6 month timeframe, however after this time period a fee may incur.
GEMSTONES IN COLLECTION JEWELLERY
We work with natural semi-precious gemstones, and many are included in our collection jewellery, please note that each gemstone may vary slightly in shape, colour and tone. We aim to display the colours of our products correctly on this website, but please note that the colours on your monitor may vary.
FINE JEWELLERY ORDERS
All fine jewellery purchased from our online store or studio is made with the utmost care, any damages to your jewellery and/or gemstones will be taken seriously case by case and we will offer a replacement or credit for an exchange. Once an item is purchased, we offer a 7 day, no questions asked refund policy, after this time we only offer a replacement, exchange or credit note to the same amount your items was purchased for.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We endeavour to ensure our products and services are listed correctly. In the unforeseen case that a Charlotte Penman & Co product purchased on this website is incorrectly listed or a service different from stated, please inform us. If you receive an item that is listed incorrectly on our website, we recommend you email us within 7 days informing of any discrepancies. Please include a photo of the item, and any information and images of your execrated item, and we will inform you of a solution. Please return the item in its original and unused condition, for exchange for the correct item, exchange for another item to the same value, a credit note or a refund of the purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse refund if the item is visibly used or damaged. The cost to return courier these products to Charlotte Penman& Co will be at your expense.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
We take every care in packing items, once your package is in transit any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any company or person is out of our control, therefore Charlotte Penman and Co are not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for, accepted by a third party or misplaced during delivery, however we work with trusted courier companies that have proven track records for good and secure service, and we will always do our utmost to give the best service during delivery, ensure safe delivery of your items.
FEEDBACK & SUGGESTIONS
We welcome your feedback regarding this website, our studio and showroom or in any way suggestions on how we can improve our products and services. Any suggestions, comments, feedback and ideas received by users of this website, customers and clients to Charlotte Penman & Co online or in person will not be treated as confidential information. Please note that in submitting such information you grant Charlotte Penman & Co the right to unrestricted license to use and incorporate this information with the intention to improve products and services or for any usage unreservedly. We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information regarding your suggestions, comments, materials, ideas or feedback unless this is recommended and approved by you in writing and with your full consent.
